What is art club?

Art club is for all artists of all levels to be creative and make friends!

Is this a LEARNS ACT Approved activity?

Art Club is currently a LEARNS ACT APPROVED activity!

What is the time commitment and schedule like?

You choose what dates you want to come! You control your schedule. Art Club meets twice a month on Fridays.

What supplies do I need?

None! All supplies are included! Students are welcome to bring their own art supplies too!

What is the class size?

Classes are capped at 10-12 students!

What qualifications does the instructor have?

Mrs. Kait is a classically trained fine artist and has been a professional artist for 5+ years. She has multiple award-winning titles and has been teaching for 8+ years. Mrs. Kait has a heart for kids and believes each child has the potential to be creative and shine!

What will my child learn in this art club?

This club is more than arts and crafts! We focus on technique, fine art skills, and being self-led. Each month is themed around a new art medium and will learn the necessary techniques to master it. During project time, students are encouraged to be creative and create something unique! 

What if we miss a class we signed up for?

No worries! A credit will be applied to your account, and you can use that credit for a future art club! Need a refund? We do those too!

What is the weather policy?

If inclement weather occurs, Art Club will be rescheduled or cancelled. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled time, a refund will be issued. If Art Club is cancelled, a refund will be issued. 

What should I expect when I arrive?

When you walk into the studio, there will be a check-in sheet by the door! You will sign your child in, and then at pick up, you will sign your child out. You are more than welcome to stay at the studio or drop off your child!

 

Disclaimer

All courses are a place for joy and creativity. Any materials not suitable for children will not be tolerated in our courses. Our goal is to offer clean, safe, and uplifting art lessons to our community. Students are expected to uphold these values during courses.

 

Inappropriate behavior from our students is not tolerated in the studio. Students are expected to respect their surroundings, tools, instructors, and other students. Students who do not uphold these expectations will not get to participate in the studio and parents will be notified for their child to be picked up. 

 

If severe weather persists, classes will either be rescheduled or refunded. If a student is sick or something has happened, please notify Kait at kait@doodlenoggin.com and we will handle the issue. 

 

FLAME Creatives and Doodle Noggin LLC instructors and studio locations are not responsible for loss or damage to student items. Nor are we liable for any injury or illness in our courses.
